Cvbanc Nigeria Limited operates the website, www.cvbancnigeria.com. This website is a Graduate Databank dedicated to graduate recruitment, where prospective applicants can post their curriculum vitae online and prospective employers too can post their existing vacancies, and view the resumes posted by these applicants.

WHAT WE DO

The aim of this databank is to make stored resumes available online 24/7 so that prospective employers of labour can access it at anytime whenever their recruitment needs arise. For the employer of labour, recruitment suddenly becomes much easier as they can search for CVs using different criteria as class and type of degree, location, state of origin, level of experience etcetera, ably supported by our world-class search engine.

This saves the applicants the time and effort involved in having to go from place to place trying to submit their hard copy CVs to employer organizations. Our promise to applicants is that we would always make their CV available online and continue to partner prospective employers to recruit from our website. However, what we cannot promise nor do we have control over is which CV these employer organizations will pick, as that is a direct result of what individual CVs have to offer and perhaps the criteria as set by these employer organizations.

HOW IT WORKS

• Prospective applicants CVs are stored on our database, and employers given 24-hr access to call up and view these CVs at their own convenience, choosing their preferences aided by our effective search engine.
• Matching job description with person specification can be done online in a matter of seconds, ably supported by our search engine
• The search engine allows prospective employers to query our database using different criteria such as class and type of degree, age limit, state of origin, level of experience e.t.c.
• This invariably means that to recruit, organizations no longer have to spend huge amounts of money advertising for applicants to come and submit hard copy Cvs
• The HR Managers are no longer saddled with the time and energy-consuming task of having to sort out these to find the right candidates for their various positions.
